Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Good luck with hiring, I think Intel will need it.....

https://www.nbc4i.com/intel-in-ohio/what-kind-of-jobs-will-intel-plant-offer/

In addition to the 7,000 construction jobs Intel said it’ll take just to build a semiconductor chip factory in central Ohio, it’ll take about 3,000 workers to pump out the product. (...) Of the roughly 3,000 people Intel is looking to hire, the company said roughly 70 percent of them will be technicians, 25 percent will be engineers, and five percent will be support staff.

Sorry for what this will do to you Ohio. But you think you want it. Look at Cali, Oregon and Arizona. You’re next.

Construction jobs pay well over 100k, with benefits. For Ohio that's a big deal

With the CEO getting 32 billion in financial aid/grant -- technicians if found will work for 60-70k (at hourly) and be faced with odd/no qualified supervisors then company will hire support staff (mostly hourly) some on contract - for the high paying jobs CEO will suck up from the govt H1B quota and import workers with PhD's --US jobs created mainly hourly or contract any high paying non PhD jobs internal jewels get transferred or company imports from abroad-hopefully after all this PG rakes in far more than his 180 million last year-- manufacture products in Ohio ship them overseas to finish great way to save and guard US technology--- kudos PG you are a great sales person.
