Instead of trying to keep good employees, Mattel is putting more and more pressure on them to leave.
I feel very unwanted in this company and I've started looking for a way out. Actually, I think many feel unwanted here? It's a very ugly feeling.

They are actively getting rid of good employees. Not talked about, but they are now totally outsourcing AR worldwide to a third party. People who don't work for Mattel responsible for collecting our money and resolving complex payment issues. People who don't care about the company, just making their numbers to "touch" things. Tossing out so many years of Mattel experience for people off the street making 15K a year in other countries (where maybe that is a good wage). I feel bad for my coworkers getting thrown away like anyone could do the job, which the BPO has proven they can't. Very sad.
