Well I guess they will leave out Annandale represented people again. Nothing like working for a company that doesn't care about you. I just keep doing less with less.
If you plan to eat the new bbq on Houston campus, you need at least a 10% raise to pay for it.

If the goal is to retain people, then management is clearly being misinformed on best strategy to accomplish that and needs significant improvement. If goal is to keep making people want to leave on their own, then management understands the assignment and is doing outstanding with distinction.
Rumor going around that employees in India will be enjoying a mid year pay increase.
Lower CLs at the BTC are getting one, a group that mgmt actually wants to retain.
Also, it's an actual raise. Not a little 3% bonus.

Um, the planned raise is only 5% despite higher inflation assumptions ... nothing about another mid cycle and honestly 3% one time isn't doing a whole lot vs 10% inflation
