Macy’s needs to do a survey and just ask questions about their store leaders. Fifty percent of the store leaders should be replaced with competent management.
Macy’s would be in for a rude awakening at how bad their store leaders really are.

I don't do the surveys anymore what's the point. No one listens especially Jeff Gannett and his Merry band of Mo--ns worrying about what target group to suck up to next month. Fix up and clean up your dammed stores. My store is a pig stye im embarrassed to work there. The cleaning people don't speak English so good luck with that one. The managers DO NOT COMMUNICATE with themselves or their employees which leads to so much confusion. Im sick of being used like a piece on a chess board being moved twenty times a day because you can't get it together. I've worked in larger stores with many more employees and the scheduling was done fairly and competently. God get it together people its ridiculous!!!
Several also admitted in the same post that they also do pulse survey with intent to be untruthful out of fear of retaliation.
