I think that we are concerned with the future of this company more than our leaders are. It may sound harsh, but sometimes I think that they don't think about the future of this company at all. Are there any signs that they are actually interested in it? If so I haven't noticed.

The leaders are concerned with THEIR future. If they can increase their net worth by shortchanging the company's future, they will do so. Quarter by quarter is about how far into the future they can comprehend. Everyone is is along for the ride.
