I have heard Tesla employees burn out quickly. Elon relies on unpaid overtime every single week. And they follow him like he is the messiah. We know he is a false prophet. And his employees are d-mb to burn themselves away for him.

I took a few minutes to look on glassdoor. the reviewers just kept talking about how everyone was working real long hours but were self motivated to keep at it to help with global warming lol.
tbh, it'd be kinda cool to work with colleagues self motivated to pull their own weight every day.
