There is a difference between having a different point of view and being a racist. You are the latter. And you are not even intelligent enough to understand the difference.

Agents are so isolated now that it’s really hard to know how others are feeling or being treated. The trick seems to be selling enough to stay out of trouble, but not enough that SF really pays attention.

A good predator in mother nature sits back, stays calm, knows its strengths and weaknesses before their prey makes its error. SF has repeatedly over the past 30 years made their employees prey without understanding their limitations. Be patient. Predators do become prey.

The judge was also not convinced by State Farm’s argument that it has a financial interest in the success of all of its agents.
