I used to be LU21 also. Idk what people are excepting with their dues. You get a contract and representation if you go to any disciplinary meeting. What are they supposed to do see you off to work everyday? Had you not had a Union you would be paying what the managers already pay if not more.

I remember a day when all of our healthcare was covered by the company too. Now $490 a month given to us by tough, tough negotiators. Yeah soy-boys..

I used to be IBEW and it was like throwing your monthly dues down the toilet every month. You rarely if ever heard from the union officials, almost as though you were paying street tax to the mob! Nothing to show for it except a membership card. It is a joke!

The membership is on a need to know basis. Progress is pretty tight lipped.

IBEW & AT&T Extend Contract Until Tuesday 7-19-22- Update #4

Friday, July 15, 2022 - 7:45 pm (CDT) - The IBEW SCT-3 Council and AT&T have agreed to continue the extension of their current CORE collective bargaining agreement through 11:59 PM on Tuesday, July 19, 2022.

Talks to reach a new AT&T CORE contract are continuing at this hour. Significant progress has been made since our last update on July 6, 2022. This is a short extension. It is our goal to reach an agreement by Tuesday night.
