Leadership said the vaccine is no longer required to enter our office space today. Doesn’t seem like that means they are firing people who won’t get vaccinated to me.

The Vax was mandatory to work for Centene. Non vaxxed were let go lat October. It was mandated because of contracts with federal gov. Any company with contracts w/ government = all of the employees had to get vaxxed.

No, OP just thought it would be funny to mention people’s vax status together with this sad news.
But, regardless how rude and irrespective OP is towards his fellow coworkers, this thread is not about the vax, it’s about another round of layoffs coming (regardless of our vax status).
So, move your discussions about the effectiveness of the vaccines to somewhere else, as this is the layoff forum board, not “Ask Dr. Oz” show.

Is this true , they are letting people go based on their body their choice? I received all the vaccines and booster and still got very sick !!! I’m sorry if you’re being let go because of this, truly.
