It's not that bad, Xerox money is still putting Dr Pepper in my Belly. Don't be Debbie Downers. I'm in a good position and would be cool with going down with the ship as long as my teammates are taken care of.
Sad but true …
It’s so sad. No morale, zero collaboration. I see other companies recharging and celebrating their sales teams. We are told do more, sell more, no commission because everything sits constrained.
