I really love my job and that's why I really don't understand why our superiors don't like to hear ideas or suggestions how some things can be done better. It is absolutely demoralizing.

Did you ever consider that your idea just might not be a very good one? Everyone thinks they are doing a good job and everyone thinks they have the best ideas.
Maybe you should accept that yours is likely a bit $ hit??
