I have zero fear of disease. My situation is that there are NO mobility employees in any office within 50 miles of me. So the office I return to is all landline folks with whom I have nothing to 'collaborate' on. This is move number 100 by the executives to get us to quit. As soon as they are fired and the stock rebounds, they will get their wish with me. Until then I need to work on to regain the losses I've had from their stock 'value'. Try to have some compassion for those of us who have lost loved ones to this horrible virus.

You don't really believe people feel that way, do you? Everyone is living their lives at this point...shopping, going to concerts, sporting events, etc. No masks in sight, no worries. Party down.
But sure, they are utterly terrified to sit in a mostly empty office once a week.

My ATT office is nasty. Shared keyboards, no trash removal or cleanup service. Even toilets go clogged for days. If they cannot offer a sanitary office why force people to work from one?
You should be back in the office.

I know what is happening, new variants popping up everywhere, infection levels rising. NO need for close contact with anyone in an office.
That's ridiculous! Even Stankey would not do something that stupid.
You have every right to choose to stay at home permanently. But T and is an at will employer and is rightfully requiring office presence. Sounds like your priorities don’t match corporate needs.
Rights are provided by God and protected by the constitution. Laws don’t provide you rights in the US. You need an amendment then you have to figure out how to allow this new right to apply equally to those that work in customer homes, drive excavation equipment, surgeons, firemen and so on. Each will have the right to do their job from home if you get a new amendment.
