Will ups be offering another management buyout to include older operational employees?

It would be a good thing to the 50 plus crowd..
I don't think so. UPS is going to force them to retire by moving them from building to building, changing their work hours, for older on road supervisor, they will have to be in the hot sun riding with drivers 30 years younger than they are. UPS should do what's "wildly important" and offer these older operational employees a Buyout
