Can anyone on here explain how quarterly, annual bonuses and RSUs change as you move from G8 to G9?

Do you think HR would give us the pay bands for the various grades if we asked?
Depends on compa ratio — I was on high side in G8 so my pay raise was 8% . Consequently, now in G-9, I am on the very low side (96%)
using middle point of SW Eng base pay : 14-16% increase depending if you are in zone 1 or 2
rsu 22% - 42%
after changed job, my package is much higher than Intel PE now, previously is G8
When the economy bounces back, which RSUs will go up faster?

Focus your career efforts at another company.
Base and Bonuses can be 15% higher.
RSU grant can be 33% to 50% higher between g8 and g9.
They increase, but not near the increase of getting a job somewhere else
