I take CBD for my anxiety but recently learned that it could also test positive on dr-g tests for THC. Just wanted to know how often Optum does random dr-g tests.

As long as you have a legal prescription for CBD, it won't be an issue.

Since HR is staffed by contractors and managed by UHG lackeys, this is furthest on their mind. Also no protection for pregnant EEs working around toxic dr-gs, etc. They will get to it lol, I was told
It 's sad that folks have to take anxiety medicines to deal with US "life". Why was that? What was it about the culture that required so many to be on mind altering medicines with obesity, screen addictions, alcohol, etc.?
Why is the American corporation allowed to dr-g test people at random or at all for basic clerical or low risk work. Can you ask the C suites to be tested? How about your boss (boss of your life) for a random test? How americans continually eat ex------t and like it is a bad joke.

Worked there for 18 years...no random dr-g tests during that time.
I've been here 10+ years and never been dr-g tested.
