Excellent article explaining the "why" behind so much bad behavior. Anyone who ever worked for Her Highness or the Narcissist from the JV squad or the soulless HR leader who casts no shadow, will recognize the common psychopathic traits.
I’ve written multiple “DRAFTS” of executive VCIP’s (you think these guys write them themselves?! LOL).
…They call their assistant and HR manager into their office, go over their goals, then talk for an hour about how great they are.
Yes, afterwards, they visit their special executive toilets, and it smells better when they exit.
It’s an eye opening and dis-heartening experience. You think all those United Way pep talks and forced HSE meetings and DIE events are because “they” love the United Way and these subjects? BUZZ!! Wrong. They write these as goals then brag incessantly how they accomplished them. Especially diversity, inclusion, and equity. If you heard what they say among themselves (reality check!!!) you’d cry at the hypocrisy. But the end result is more more more money.

And the previous blatant spam about getting vaccinated doesn't get deleted, but all other perspectives on the other side do? This is the problem with this website and the media. . . . very one-sided on their sensorship.
Folks, its time to get boosted, lets get this done now, lets have 100% participation. Lets get back to back to normal.

Retiree here… if I posted my name, you’d probably know me. I’ve first-hand experience with many of the executives (leadership forum level) when they were younger as well as currently. I can vouch that many are top notch, but many are also psychopathic narcissistic arrogant self-centered jerks.
I’ve personally witnessed amazing arrogance, hypocrisy, and lies. Blatant documentable lies told to accomplish their own personal agenda.
Nothing they do is for the company or employees, it’s for themselves (I’ve ghost-written multiple annual executive VCIP’s… you would be surprised at what they brag about each year). Their goal is power and money.
