Thread regarding Centene Corp. layoffs

They’re doing it already.

Anyone notice the new nudges lately for more in person engagement? Watch parties?

This isn’t coincidence. It’s part of their master plan to ease people back into the office more and more and they can hide behind the “occasional in person engagement” statement.

New leadership is no different than old leadership. Same tired story. Same tired game.

I work on the in person engagement stuff. They aren’t forcing people back, there are more people than you would think that actually miss being in the office and we wanted to provide them the option with fun activities. We’ve sold locations and the offices have all moved to hoteling spaces so there’s no way we are going back full time.

TL/DR: it’s not that deep.

There is not room to bring anyone back!! Read your emails if huh still work there! All office’s are been closed! Tampa only has one building! Associate scores were low on engagement so they are doing extras thing for scores to go up! Smh

Right, they sold off a huge chunk of our office space because they want to force people back to the office. That makes sense.

I actually think there may be some truth to this. Maybe not all groups are feeling it, but ours is as well.

I wouldn't go to an in-office watch party if it was season 4 of Umbrella Academy with the entire cast present.

This is one of the most ridiculous posts I have read on here. There have not been any mandatory in person engagement requests for my department at least. I know this may come as a shock, but not all employees want to be 100 remote. They are likely just trying to find a happy medium to accommodate all.
