Claims adjuster here. Started a side hustle so I now travel w two laptops. This I literally the third time this year that I have been in an airport and had someone joke w me about how pitiful my laptop is. My favorite response is, ‘yup fortune 100 company and this is what we get. Take a hint and shop for security elsewhere!’

I do appreciate that the consistent tech issues and complainers afford me the opportunity to stay quiet, do my job under the radar and put most of my energy into another job that I actually get satisfaction from. Oh, and to the HR rep that’s going to comment that I should just leave, gfy

After being there for more than 16 years, Allstate equipment has always been junk. All of the software running in the background, makes the laptops even worse.
