They've successfully created a stealth layoff culture where Thursday, before payday Friday, is traditionally when folks are cut.
But they won't talk about it. They won't give numbers, possibly because of the WARN Act.
Is Windstream opening a psych ward?
It's sad that we face the dread of the Thursdays before a payday as the layoff days.
It's 10AM on a Thursday. I think we would have received that special meeting notice by now. Since alot of us are now remote we miss those water cooler conversations.
Do you have any real Intel, or are you just being paranoid?
