looks like the company is taking notice of all the poor posts , as there is a crack down on these types of posts with updated policy.
if employee's thought they were being treated the same as executives and the board with stock options, bonus and most importantly annual merit pay increases, a policy like this wouldn't be need as we would all be posting good things.
