Greed destroys DXC

I can give this company a strong reason why I deserve a good raise. There are still many excellent employees here. When one of them leaves, DXC afterwards needs to hire two people in their place if they want all the work to be done. Perhaps DXC is not currently in the best position to give raises, but the excuse that they can't afford decent raises at all is not very convincing. Maybe they could, if only there wasn't so much greed?

Ha ha

Turnover is down by 33%, no share dividends, share price down by 25%, minimal pay raises except for the top.

No sign of growth, constant internal cuts, micro management, bullying middle managers, layers upon layers, streamline process put on hold.

Positives
debt reduction, communication except on pay.

So it's clear from internal and external kpis that's the progress in 3 years.

Is it worth paying $180 million for an exec team for 3 years to deliver that in a period of it growth.

There is no greed, it is just paying for performance and at market levels for the execs. These execs are really the best in the market and turning this ship around (which had enough problems before this exec teams landed). If you throw mud, you better quit - we need people who work with us and not against us.

All money goes to top CEO, CFO and to the board - little will be diverted down (along with little training, investment in its people) and the only action you will get is more WFR going forward - little change of direction / improvement from Mr Shouty.

Don't expect much.... then don't do as much and leave that to others to do - over time like evening work and weekend

The budget for your raise, and everyone else has been invested in DXC's new partnership with ManUnited - there is no budget or resources left for nothing else.
