Our last low stock price was when Anne took over and was confident to buy then. No way I’m buying now!

How long have we been trying to sell the parts? I left in December 2018 and we were actively trying to sell '[stuff' but no buyers. Don't think this has changed.

To the "break up the company and sell the pieces" team. Who would buy and what would they sell? CI and his team already know they will never get their investment back and are acting accordingly.

Follow these steps to the future of Xerox;
_ loss of employee confidence and loyalty
__ loss of customer confidence and loyalty
___ loss of shareholder confidence and loyalty
____loss of company integrity
_____THE END

In most cases stock price can be unrelated to the company staying alive.

In the case of Xerox though I seriously doubt it. Icahn and Deason want their investment back, so if the stock keeps dropping they will split up the company and sell the pieces in order to do that. Which would mean no more "Xerox" as we know it.

100% true.

We mint cash.

To all of you financial illiterates here. Stock price is unrelated to the ability of XRX to survive. Could go to zero and the company would keep rolling along moving that cash.

4:1 split was when the stock was at $7.
One share issued at $28…

Previous post is correct. With the 4:1 split the actual price is much lower for longer term holders.

Watch how the stock performs compared to the market overall to get a sense of how bad things really are.

Don’t forget xrx went for a 4:1 reverse split a few years ago …. In reality the stock price is $3.42 per share for all the schmucks who held onto this stock. I would imagine a total earnings disaster in a few weeks…..and I work here !! Lol

Oh no, we should totally panic! Back in 2009 the stock was less than $10 and we didn't survive that. Oh wait...
