You all sound like a bunch of thin-skinned babies. What possible difference could it make in your life if the company decides to be supportive of some of your coworkers?

I just read each one of these comments and not single one made a coherent argument as to why any of this is an issue. “Is RL a sellout to money?” What does that even mean?

It seems like you all have invented a fairy tale that some sinister force is compelling the company to act a certain way when in reality it makes good business sense to support your employees. Why don’t you turn off Tucker Carlson and go talk to an actual human and see if they are as worried about this stuff?

How many people had to have the Diversity and Inclusion meeting where everyone was told they were a racist?

Group meeting with HR in a few weeks - someone has requested to know what company is doing to address travel to assist in health due to R v W decision. Its coming like a freight train. When can we stand up and speak the other side and not concern ourselves with being labeled a bigot or insensitive.

Wake up lemmings. BP isn’t interested in your choice. It’s much cheaper for you to be at work than on maternity leave. Insurance is much cheaper without kids. You miss less time off for kids being sick or having school functions. The ruse of actually giving a cr-p is comical.

BP Plc and Shell Plc will assist with travel expenses for US employees who cannot readily access health services, becoming the first major oil companies to do so after the Supreme Court removed the constitutional right for an abortion last week.

“We believe that all of our US employees are entitled to consistent and safe access to the benefits already covered by our health care plans,” BP said Wednesday in an emailed statement. “That’s why BP has decided to assist with travel expenses for covered health care services that cannot be obtained near where an employee lives.”

What you are experiencing is the outcome of the progressive way of thinking. You must destroy all history, culture, stability, loyalty, pride, optimism and sense of enjoyment. Everything from the past is bad. Past success was rooted in inequity, racism and privilege. Let’s all be miserable. Are we done yet?

I am embarrassed to work here. How did COP land here this quickly? Is RL a sellout to money? Is big money requiring this to get into the good graces of lefty investors? Why are we doing this, why now?
