Between being overloaded with work and constantly worrying over layoffs I've never been this stressed out. Things have been bad before, but it feels that everything has intensified in the last year or so. Instead of making things easier on us to make sure there's not an exodus of people they're making things even harder. I have no idea why we even need layoffs when they're so good at chasing people away.

I laugh when I hear claim reps complaining about the talent that is walking out the door. What a joke- have you had a claim in the last few years? Claim service is horrible- no loss when that “talent” leaves. Common courtesy issues such as speaking down to people and never returning calls has nothing to do with talent and it has been sorely missing for years
so much talent walking out the door , but that's exactly what they want. they want 100% automation and any necessary customer interaction will be in mexico or india
