That difference is so small that every day, while looking for a new job, I regret staying here for more than a decade. They still expect us to help them and correct their mistakes. Unfortunately, as far as I've noticed, there seems to be a similar situation across the retail world on this issue?

Yep Most new hires spend most of the time on phones and talking to others . its not going to get better in time soon.
Yep. Its even worse for working and non working employees. Its painful to work so hard when others do nothing and still get paid.
