This leadership team doesn't care about experience or knowledge, all they care about is how to get rid of more expensive employees and how to replace them with cheaper ones. Never mind that cheaper is not always actually cheaper, especially when you have to employ several people to do the work that was previously done by one person. As long as it provides a temporary boost to numbers, they are happy. I worry for the future of this company.

Incompetent leaders, management team, directors, managers, and employees run rampant in this company.
Total disaster. By far the worst company to work for today.

Cut costs by eliminating all "Directors". They don't do much.
Cutting costs and trying to expand business. Change is hard.
