I don’t plan on staying here for more than a few more months. I started looking for new options for myself because I no longer have the opportunity to grow here. It will be interesting to watch from a distance how the HV will change in the future. Of course I would like these changes to be positive, but whoever I talk to doesn't see anything good on the horizon for next 5 - 10 years. Or maybe someone does?

Global logic and Vantara have future together, but it will take time
Global Logic may have a future. IMO Vantara does not. They've made turns for worse at every step over the past 8ish years and the ho-e they are in is too big to climb out of. That's why they bought Global Logic.
There are challenges to return to profitability and change the business. It will be hard, but many companies underperform for years and Hitachi knows that this and global logic will make future.
Why don't you see a future? I was just hired for SRE last month and haven't seen many red flags.
