Drop List as punishment

When the crew cant get everything down that was dropped what is the logical thing to do?? Of course drop even more the next day. Managers believing that overloading you will make you be motivated to do even more . This does not motivate !! It demoralizes !! It deflates people and makes them care even less whether or not things get done. This type of management is done by immature little boy a girl managers. The ones who stomp their feet as if they are in Wi--y Wonkas chocolate factory shouting I WANT IT NOW !!

I believe it is a minimum of 150 maybe 175 on the drop list per evening. So you drop, take time to take it out of the slot then at 6am the next morning they start putting it back in the steel because they can't get to it. So look at the time we just wasted, make it realistic so we can get our job done.

Bringing back overnights would help a lot. If someone is in the same area all night they know it and can walk the steal and say what they need, get new down, and rotate stock. We still have easter in the steal. It would help if we had a way to locate things in the steal.

This is because of M.F.S.. No not that one, the Mechanized Floor Scrubber. When the M.F.S. is patrolling it demands subjugation of as... err I mean satisfaction of product height compliance.

the answer to freight over load is NOT to overwork your stockers and then berate them because they are not super human !! Obviously there is too much freight coming in but putting that all on your stockers and getting angry because they work as fast as they can but still cant get it done is being infantile.

Ok, so what do you want "management" to do with the new freight?
