Keeping your skills updated

The most important thing for me is keeping my skills current, but lately I have a feeling that my skills are a little lagging. Is anyone else dealing with this as well? How do you manage to keep your skills up to date?

It's helpful to look at job postings in other industries that you're interested in. Make notes on what the skill requirements are, then compare to your own. I've been doing this the past year or so in my downtime to make sure I keep competitive. There's a ton of training and resources out there on places like pluralsight/udemy for tech skills. LinkedIn learning is pretty good also.
