I remember when I got my first job, it was very important for me to earn the respect of my colleagues. In general, a respectful working environment is healthier and more productive. Do you feel respected by your colleagues? I have a feeling that no one respects anyone here anymore.

A Fish Rots from the Head Down! A bad Belk CEO or Store Manager leaders will cause an organization to deteriorate. Respect must be earned and not given easily. I do not respect my current Belk flagship store manager right now so how do you think I give any respect to any Belk associates I work with? Belk gives only "Respect" to money, greed, and profit! If Belk leaders and store managers want your "Honest Opinion" how to save this failing Belk company, they GIVE it to you!
