Doubt it, they finally cut too short and cannot find anybody qualified to fill openings, even contractors. If anything it is union employees gone, to break them, The rest of us are now safe, with no support.

promises, promises...
They can't grow the business in a rising economy, they can't grow the business in a flat economy, it was inevitable that they wouldn't be able to grow the business in a falling economy. But the problem isn't the SLT and their repeated failed plans, it's the guys in the weeds.
Who is getting lay'd? Ha! Hopefully it's management. Do we really need this many in the chain of command to the ratio of employee? Fire some management and consolidate. Think of how many more cigars you can get with all that saved money.
