When I first came here, I really believed in the promises they make to employees. At this point however I'm sick of hearing them. Does leadership really think it will maintain morale by constantly making empty promises? Does anyone still believe in them? I doubt it.

His comments were disgusting. We hear all day about providers and members inflationary pressures BUT as an employee are supposed to believe his comments it’s fake news. Hate to break it to you but anyone with common sense can see their wallets taking a huge 8.3% hit when they go to purchase gas or good. What a disgusting comment to make on team calls.
I don't trust them at all. Just look at Witty's comments on inflation for one example. Very disingenuous.
