For those who didn't pay attention to their history, all this does is eliminate the dual-line reporting for the COOs / Ctl Execs who have had 2 bosses each, which gelds the COO in terms of their mandate to drive efficient operations.
More Chase playbook. Create another overbloated organization where the right hand don’t know what the left hand does so there is more dysfunction but some high salaries for people to do nothing but get face time.
If you didn’t know this was the plan when they created an Operations group last year, you aren’t paying attention.

I would have to believe that there will be reductions since there will be multiple people doing the same thing.
Tech Control doesn't do anything but create their own paper shuffling anyway.
