Susan is doing a great job destoying the Global Service Organization. All of the ISP contractors that were hired to make "our jobs more manageable" have now been fired! CS&S has now been asked to pick up the extra workload left behind. The wheels on this clown bus have fallen off.

Hitachi does care about both its employees and customers. They will bring back pensions, halt annual layoffs, and create an equality between management and its workers. It’s coming… hang on for the best years to come!
I wonder how the customers are going to react to result of doing this. Hitachi really doesn't care about thier customers.
