Every other thread is somebody complaining. It's good to see things have not changed since I've been gone. Don't get me wrong, I know all the complaining is with good reason. It just feels weird coming back here and seeing the exact same problems are still happening a year down the road. I feel for those of you who're still at Allstate. I really do.

It’s amazing to me that people stay with this company. They’re underpaying, understaffed, have broken process after broken process and have the worst leadership around.
If you are still here after all that has happened here then you deserve your misery.
Why do you care if you’re already gone- don’t be a wimp
My next job is going to be far away from insurance and Banking. Both are too unstable and stressful.
I’m gone and could care less. The industry is changing rapidly and the company has the right to react how they see fit. I would tell all to stay away from the insurance industry as a career. A captive agent is a death wish in today’s marketplace. If you are looking for a career in claims- it was miserable years ago and it is miserable today. Bottom line is that insurance sucks regardless of which company you work for.
