What is an AVA?
I don't think anyone at Intel worshipped BK, except maybe some folks trying to sleep their way to the top.
There are some Pat worshippers though. Some people are still fooled by his hocus pocus. He's all hat, no cattle.
BK's damage cannot be undone. You can get some great people back but you can NEVER get the trust of the employees back... GLTA.

So some VSP/ISP victims can come back. But would they WANT to come back?
I doubt the policy change will make any difference. The damage and problems BK created and left behind at Intel are just too severe.
