I know of one company with specific departments that is saying Centene's messaging is not applicable to them. Anyone else dealing with this? Any advice?

Ohio- the contract establishes minimum hours of operation, it says nothing about offering extended hours (which is what would happen with 10 hour shifts). They can shoulder the reason for the next employee survey scores tanking faster than the titanic.
Ohio was doing it since 1st of year. Had a covering partner. Schedule submitted to supervisors weekly. Productivity not an issue. Suddenly told not allowed to do with no reason, except blaming it on the new Medicaid contract. Huge blow to moral.

Most of our employees here in New york are adapting and wfh permanently. The only exception are “field” reps who are told they will be working 5 days a week, no wfh option
Ohio has been told no. Not sure what state you’re in. Another reason why everything is an upward struggle because they lack progressive thinking due to ancient upper management.
