Relocating rather than closing

I've heard that one of the recently closed stores didn't close for good but it will be relocating to another location. I don't see the point. If it was profitable, it wouldn't have closed in the first place. Why prolong its misery by reopening in another location?

They'll NEVER relocate- the company is financially in the toilet- JUST GET OUT NOW!!
How many times do we have to tell you fools??

Some people just like to play the victim ( or, the fool) that the store will close and they’re out of a job. In reality , a BN employee is a red flag to smart, decent employers.

Haven’t you noticed they ALWAYS say they’re looking for a new location when closing a store? It’s very rarely true.
