Are you actively looking for work or waiting until State Farm tells you they no longer need you? Or is there a different vibe…

I’m fully remote and just riding it out. I keep my eyes open for good job opportunities but I wouldn’t say I’m really looking at the moment.

Murfreesboro remote, INJ CA. Will enjoy the ride but out the door they expect me to show my smiling face in a cubicle farm.

Those working remote from former LOC locations are needed and vital to the claims organization.....right up until they decide we are not needed anymore.

I would not say it will "never end". But short term, WFH claims is working from the company's perspective as they got folks working for little overhead and they are getting slammed with high inventories. Files are not getting worked properly, but hey "the numbers look good". But long term, who knows. The future of claims can be anything from all in hubs, to hybird, to WFH, or even outsourcing.

PS said remote LOC workers are here to stay.

Remote will never end. Hubs cannot fill positions and never will.
