Thanks for the 3% cost of living bump, Exxon. So happy that my electric bill increased $97 instead of $100. Oh, lucky me that I work for Exxon.

You forgot to mention trickling down stock options to the lower rank and file. That would be to select psg 25 us payroll at cvx. O&g is turning into tech. Cvx should follow since psg bumps are more difficult in the new system. And as attrition increases. And after the next fed rate hike next month.

Are they laying off too? You can check their section of this site to find out information about layoffs. If they have company gossip and idle woke childish type chatter you don't find it unless you know how to use the internet like a grown-up.

No raises during covid. Took away 401K match. No employee bonuses except for executives. My spouse works there, and they sc**w their employees every way they can
