It’s the old timers posting, not 20 yos. 20 yos too young to understand the situation. Old timers don’t understand that companies can be not profitable and still exist for years.
Must be some 20 something year olds in here posting as they have no idea about corporate world. It could be here in 5 years ! just sucked up under some other company or fell flat on its a$$.
HDS and Hitachi Vantara are known for a place for job security. Management team play good politics to remain in positions, no matter how bad their performance, personality and ability. Managers have favorite, keep the low performance; let go the high performance. HR has been operating under “see no evil; Hear no evil” policy.
You just got to love this place for job security or for case studies.
And yeah, 25 yrs of pitching OneHitachi ! Still pitching today! Got to love it!

I have no idea how this company is even still around this week.
I expected Vantara to fold the tent by 2021. This company is presently running on fumes.
