Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

HBT projects

Does anyone know just how much worse it’s going to get? We don’t seem to be able to execute or understand how to do projects and actively take the opposite steps required to improve processes performance. Our sales sell one project internally so satisfy all the Honeywell requirements (revenue, cash flow light touch operations and no technical risk) and somehow we find ourselves stuck carrying complex time consuming job with bad terms and everyone starts pointing fingers, just after they have cut more staff or reduced hours, stretched revenue and then wondered why we have unbolted.

I’m done with how painful this is - it’s like Groundhog Day.

Whew! I thought this kind of behavior only existed at SPS. And then when you are overloaded with projects, you get loaded up with new safety training, HON Woke training, and then the Accelerator propaganda. All due within a couple of weeks. No wonder people are leaving.

Wow did you ever hit the mark! I’m gone now but in my last few years it was more difficult dealing with the crazy internal processes than with our clients. I did my best to hide it from them until it was no longer possible. Good luck to you.
