Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Unprofessional approach of agents

If my agent had just a little different approach, I would consider staying here for a while longer. He wants to get the best out of people, but he does it the wrong way. In doing so, among other things, I mean commenting on my performance in front of everyone. It’s certainly not a way to motivate someone to be better. Unfortunately, it seems to me that there are fewer and fewer professional agents at SF, and more and more inflated egos?

You don’t even work for State Farm. Agents are soon to be extinct anyway. Run!

you don't work for State Farm. You work for the agent. Leave the agent.

If there are 15,000 agents, then there are 15,000 different ways of doing it.
