I have been told that a large amount of Technical Support restructuring is coming "Soon". I tried to prod about when soon was but couldn't get an answer. More support jobs are being shifted to the Philippines, word is about 7% more support jobs will be phased over to outsource by Q4.

There is no additional plans to outsource. They’re trying to bring more jobs in.
Not true. There’s zero planned additional outsourcing. And trust me, I would know.
