All i know is customer service is already slow as fk so they'll have to do layoffs eventually. Don't know why they keep hiring...
As a Fidelity customer, I would appreciates their focusing on quality, not quantity in their hiring efforts.
The people who didn't take the VBO have an eternal target on their backs for starters. And yes, they are restricting the Share Programs to SVP level and up going forward. That puts a different perspective on whether you stay long term at Fido!

Share programs are going to be even worse, if that's possible. This place is a woke sh!t show. Get out while you can the market is hot! I'll never forget SVP "you make good money" when asking about additional shares. Nevermind what this donkey's been making for everyone's work. F@cktard. All of them.
