I will break confidentiality to tell you what was said in the IP/Model e Town Hall:
BLAH BLAH. Corporate psycho babble BS. More blah blah. Doug quoting from some leadership book he just read. Blah blah blah.
Neither Hau nor Doug mentioned our impending 1st quarter financial release. I'd bet this has as much to do with the timing than any of the lies they told.
My takeaway is quality and launches will indeed improve with the less people and resources we have now. And, more cuts on an on-going basis as needed to keep those that remain on their toes.
