Several associates have complained of being written up for fake customers complaints. one associate was written up for a complaint on a day she was off, the manager then backtracked and said she made a mistake with the date and time. another associate was written up and compared write ups with a coworker and the complaint was almost identical. this is Belk’s desperate way to terminate associates they want gone with no legitimate reason. Please beware.These complaints are all made up, typically by the store manager if they are unethical.
