Carbon storage? Can I put that in my SUV’s gas tank? If not, suggest another business that does.
Why would an oil company invest in EV technology?
We are the only major oil company not investing in electric vehicle technology. We will Fast Follow others in five or ten years I rekon.
Let’s see if these CCUS people actually get anything else done. They had one corporate investment. I bet they don’t make another single move this year.

I think they are building a BU so they can buy someone in the future and then have a place for the new purchase to go too.
Look at the makeup of this new low carbon BU. The only person in leadership that has any direct experience is the new guy they brought in to run Hydrogen. They should have brought in a Head from the outside - please, JG…..really:??????? And same for CO2 business. Then you start to look like you are serious. We have “nice guys and gals” leading the business lines with no experience (again except for the new hydrogen guy).
What a sour grapes comment to make. Nearly everyone on those teams top to bottom gets stuff done.
Look at the people on the team. That is what makes me think we are not taking this seriously. Really, that is the best we can do.
It is just a smoke and mirrors campaign to get the American public to like us.
