My fellow colleagues,
Why do you cry? You might consider learning to enjoy MB's dead all-hands speeches year after year, or the laughable marketing... not just on social media but equally to the fold...they're into culture engineering as much as the other kind. Why so many apps offering to help you "manage" your personal life? Integration. Symbiosis. Sewing seeds for the harvest--- a new breed of employee is being cultivated, a compliant collective. I've gotten off the train, friends. After 25 years, I see the unstoppable trajectory of it all and silently turn away from any hopes it will ever be what it once was - a great place to work.

A stupid post? Why so? Seems like the HR Czarina is solely focused on the woke agenda and increasing the diversity of the company which will most certainly improve the technical capability of the workforce.
