I was in the sales organization and have many friends still there, they haven't said anything to me so either they haven't been told, they were told not to say anything or it isn't true.
Some had tremendous value and others not so much. This is the same in every position in every company. It makes me laugh when I see the majority of these posts are done during work hours. I’m not sold on the idea that some of these clowns are good multitaskers

What value did they have before for agents?
Their position has been relegated to nothing more than checking the box for Zone leadership. Unfortunately they have very little value to Agent’s anymore.
